These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and MindcraftAI ("we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the Linger — AI Girlfriend & Chat mobile application (the "App") and any related services. By installing, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Linger provides an AI-powered virtual companion experience. The companion's messages, voice, images, and personality are generated using third-party large language models and image models. The companions are fictional and do not represent real people.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to remove content, report illegal activity to authorities, and cooperate with law-enforcement investigations.
Output from the AI companion is generated automatically and is provided "as is". It is intended for entertainment only. It does not constitute and must not be relied on as medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, religious, or professional advice. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified human professional or a local helpline immediately.
AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, biased, or repetitive. We make no warranty as to the suitability of any specific output. You are solely responsible for how you act on the companion's messages.
The free tier of the App is funded by advertising served by Google AdMob. By using the free tier you agree to receive ads. You may opt out of personalised advertising at any time via your device's Google Settings > Ads. Rewarded ads are optional and grant temporary feature access in exchange for watching.
The App, its brand assets, code, UI, and design are owned by MindcraftAI and protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment.
You retain ownership of original content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it as necessary to operate, improve, and secure the Service. We do not use your chat content to train AI models.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The App relies on third-party providers including Google Play services, Firebase, AdMob, OpenAI, getimg.ai, and Meta. Your use of features powered by these providers is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or content of third-party services.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Settings > Account. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, attempt fraud, or if required by law. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindcraftAI, its founders, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or emotional distress, arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MindcraftAI from any claim, liability, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India, except where local consumer-protection law mandates otherwise. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email with a notice period of at least 14 days before they take effect, except where shorter notice is required by law or to address security risks. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
